Last Wednesday, Dogwood Literacy Council received a generous donation of laptops from our friends at Simmons Food. Chris Greathouse and Nick Braschler brought us 11 laptop computers to use for the GED program and in the English as a second language program.

This donation could have not arrived at a more perfect time. Just this Monday, we had to ask a couple of GED students to come back at another time because we did not have enough computers for them to practice on.

As of today, we have them set up and ready to go for GED classes.

Thank you so much to Chris, Nick, and everyone at Simmons Food. Your donation will impact countless lives!
